A ruling Monday, September 30, 2013 by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) breaks federal law on abortion funding, says conservatives. Under the terms of Obamacare, lawmakers and their aides are required to buy insurance on state-based health care exchanges. The state insurance would provide abortions to the aides and lawmakers.
